Meet Our Staff

Tracy has spent over 30 years in the Erie community supporting children and their families directly as a teacher and parent educator, as well as, in organizational and operational roles. It is with this diverse background, she plans to lead KaleidAScope into continuing to be in the forefront of ASD advocacy and support for years to come.

Joanna has over 25 years working in the non-profit sector in various capacities from Executive Director to Fiscal operations. Joanna brings a high level of integrity for financial and general organization knowledge.

Hanna is a Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP). She has studied and worked in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 10 years. She is a Behavior Specialist, Skill Building Specialist, and Employment Specialist with KAS.

Janet has worked with individuals challenged by Asperger’s/Autism Spectrum Disorder for 20 years. Janet provides individual, family, marital and group supports.

It has been my honor to be a therapeutic ally to clients/participants in the Erie area for over 40 years. I joined the KAS team in January of 2025 and am excited to offer individual, group and family counseling to our participants and their families.
